What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer standard ground shipping for smaller decor items and white-glove delivery for large furniture pieces. White-glove service includes bringing the item into your home, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We are looking into international shipping options for the future, so please check back with us soon.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return furniture within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and items must be in original, unused condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Habitat Home and Garden furniture comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
